Kelly Carney, LPC, LLC
Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1999 and was licensed as a Professional Counselor in 2001. Kelly currently has a private practice in St. Charles, Missouri where she provides individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. She has been in private practice for over 12 years. Prior to establishing her private practice, Kelly worked for 5 years at a community mental health agency as a Clinical Case Manager serving the chronically, mentally ill population. She also worked at a partial hospital program for teens struggling with eating disorders. Kelly has been trained in numerous therapeutic modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Rapid Resolution Therapy, alternative/holistic approaches to mental health as well as many others. Kelly is a certified instructor for Couple Communication through Interpersonal Communication Programs, Inc. Kelly works with a variety of issues including depression, trauma (abuse), marital issues, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem and self-confidence issues. Kelly has been married for 16 years and has 2 children.
